SEQ Qualification Region Round 3 Draw
The Round 3 draw of the FFA Cup for the SEQ Qualification Region has taken place at Football Queensland with 25 ties drawn to be played 18 to 24 March. 50 clubs from the Football Brisbane, Football Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Football Queensland South West zones went into the bowl. As opposed to the previous round, the Round 3 draw threw up a number of interzone clashes that are sure to attract plenty of interest. Giant killers Bethania Rams will take on Vilic Law Capital League 2 side Bardon Latrobe whilst Kangaroo Point Rovers, penalty shootout winners over Gold Coast Premier League side Broadbeach Utd at the weekend, will face fellow Vilic Law Capital League 2 side Brisbane Athletic on the 'Piney Bobble'. Westside Grovely face a lengthy road trip to Gympie whilst another giant killer in Springfield Utd head south of the border to face the lowest ranked side in the SEQ qualifying region, the Bilambil Redbacks. One all Brisbane Men's Premier League tie was pulled from the hat with record breakers Bayside Utd set to host Grange Thistle. Here is the full Round 3 draw:
