North Brisbane FC Promoted To Brisbane Women's Premier League

It was recently advised to Football Brisbane that Pine Hills FC wished to withdraw from the Brisbane Women's Premier League competition for 2019 due to their being unable to field a reserve team.
Football Brisbane have accepted this request from Pine Hills FC who will now down to the Women's Capital League competition this season. As a result of this decision and in line with the Rules of Competition, North Brisbane FC, who finished third in the Women's Capital League competition in 2018, have accepted the offer to fill the place vacated by Pine Hills FC and will now be promoted to the Brisbane Women's Premier League to retain a 12 team competition.
