Flight Centre To Fly Jacqui To Tanzania
Brisbane based Referee Jacqui Hurford will be setting off to Tanzania’s Mount Kilimanjaro this Thursday to join two teams of female players climbing to the top of Africa's tallest mountain, before descending to 5,785 metres where the world’s highest ever game of competitive football will be played as part of the ‘Equal Playing Field’ campaign. Jacqui has been very generously supported by Football Brisbane partner Flight Centre, who are looking after Jacqui’s flights to Tanazania. Flight Centre’s Jeremy Medina explained what it means to them in supporting the cause, “Flight Centre Travel Group believe in and practice the message of equality. We have several programs internally to support women in the workplace.
