From Force To Phoenix
Brisbane Force have recently changed their incorporation name to Brisbane Phoenix FC and with it a new look logo and kit.
The change has been made to take the club into the future as they look to re-brand their identity. Club President Jim Rieley stated, “Currently only players in the NPL have the opportunity to be identified and selected for state and national squads”. He added, “Over the last five years there has been a drain on the talent pool in the area as junior players leave the area to train and be identified”. In recent years, Brisbane Force has made a name for itself in the development of junior players as well as being able to offer quality fantastic facilities for players and members. Phoenix have been working closely with local neighbours Lions FC as both clubs look to develop the game in the local area by offering talent pathways, social and community football, whilst looking to accommodate a variety of players wishing to join the club.
