Logan Sports Awards Recipients

The City of Logan Sports Awards were held recently which awards Logan based clubs, players and officials from all sporting codes within the Logan City Council region.
Football Brisbane would like to congratulate two award winners from the local game, with Logan Lightning being honoured with Sports Team of the Year after being crowned 2015 Brisbane Women’s Premier League premiers as well as for their work in female development in the game.
Adding to Logan Lightning's award was Football Brisbane referee Lara Lee who was awarded the Sports Official of the Year for her commitment to officiating; being one of two referees to get the National Officiating Scholarship this year, as well as refereeing in the Westfield W-League in 2015/16 and again this year for the 2016/17 season ahead.
